デジタル納品・送料不要。正式な利用確認後、高解像度画像データを電子的に納品します。

• 契約主体：1法人または1組織
• 対象案件：名称を特定した1案件
• 期間：MOMOが書面で確認した発効日から2年間
• 地域：全世界
• 権利：非独占

許可される使用

• 当該法人または案件のウェブサイト1件
• 同一案件に関するオーガニックSNS投稿
• 編集記事、プレゼンテーション、展覧会告知または広報利用のうち1件

含まれない使用

• 有料広告・スポンサー広告
• 商品、パッケージ、グッズへの使用
• 内装への常設展示・恒久的な設置
• 画像データの再販売、再許諾、再配布
• 独占権、著作権または所有権の譲渡

購入後の流れ

1. 購入者が希望作品、案件名、法人・組織名、使用目的をMOMOへ連絡
2. MOMOが作品の利用可否と条件を確認
3. 双方の書面確認後にライセンスが発効し、高解像度データを納品

表示画像は代表例です。広告、ホテル等の内装、不動産販売促進、商品化、独占利用、期間延長は別途お見積りします。

MOMO Speculative Architecture Commercial Licence — limited to 25 licences in total.

A non-exclusive commercial licence for one MOMO-approved image, one organisation, one named project and two years. Each purchase grants one licence only. Copyright and ownership of the artwork remain with MOMO / MOMOCREATE LLC.

Digital delivery; no shipping charge. The high-resolution image file is delivered electronically after written approval of the intended use.

Licence terms

• Two years from the effective date confirmed in writing
• Non-exclusive, worldwide use

Permitted use

• One corporate or project website
• Organic social media relating to the same project
• One editorial feature, presentation, exhibition announcement or press use

Not included

• Paid advertising or sponsored media
• Product, packaging or merchandise use
• Interior installation or permanent display
• Resale, sublicensing or redistribution of the image file
• Exclusive rights or transfer of copyright

After purchase

1. The buyer provides the selected work, organisation name, project name and intended use.
2. MOMO confirms availability and the proposed use.
3. The licence begins after written confirmation, followed by delivery of the high-resolution file.

Advertising, hospitality interiors, property marketing, merchandise, exclusivity and extended terms require a separate written quotation.
