ワインの熟成を空間化する ― 地層構造のスペキュラティブ・レストラン

Strata Wine Sanctuary – Speculative Vineyard Dining Cave

A speculative wine-themed restaurant carved from stratified geological layers, where architecture mimics the slow formation of sediment and the aging process of wine.
The space is defined by rhythmic horizontal bands, softly illuminated to emphasize depth and temporal layering, creating an immersive cave-like environment that blurs the boundary between nature and design.

A large panoramic opening frames the surrounding vineyard landscape, connecting the interior experience with the origin of wine itself.
Natural materials, sculpted forms, and integrated seating evoke warmth and tactility, while refined lighting introduces a contemporary luxury atmosphere.

This project explores the relationship between geology, time, and wine culture through speculative architecture.
